I forgot where on tumblr I saw this but this is true. just to let all you girls know. You can’t naturally turn into that buff ass lady. so do resistance training and not just doing cardio and abs. And when you lift you should actually push yourself and not only do like 10 reps of 5lbs weights.
I’ve been telling all my friends to do something harder but nope they always have the idea they’re going to end up like the girl on the left.
